Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, subscribing to, or using any software, API, or pilot portal provided by AIVI Intelligence Pvt Ltd("AIVI", "we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to Hack My Website, AIVI CareOS, NYAYA-DRAFT, Campus OS, Career OS, NoticeKavach, DocuGen AI, AI Visibility Insights, and Pulse CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, educational institution, hospital, or government entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Software Licenses & Subscriptions

AIVI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our production platforms in accordance with your chosen subscription plan, pilot memorandum, or enterprise contract. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create unauthorized derivative works of the underlying machine learning models, proprietary heuristic engines, or source code.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Security Auditing

When using Hack My Website or any automated security scanning endpoints:

• You must only scan domains, servers, and web applications that you own, operate, or possess explicit written authorization to test.
• Conducting unauthorized penetration testing, denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, or malicious exploits using AIVI infrastructure is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and statutory reporting under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

4. Healthcare & Legal Disclaimers

AIVI CareOS (Healthcare HMS): CareOS provides clinical documentation, ABDM integration, and operational workflow software. It does not replace professional medical judgment. Attending licensed medical practitioners remain solely responsible for patient diagnosis and treatment decisions.

NYAYA-DRAFT & NoticeKavach (Legal Tech): Our drafting tools automate document synthesis, chronology indexing, and statutory mapping (BNS/BNSS/BSA). They are intended for licensed advocates and corporate legal teams as assistive productivity software and do not constitute formal legal counsel.

5. Data Privacy & Data Residency

AIVI complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. All customer data is processed and stored exclusively within Indian data centers (GCP Mumbai / AWS Hyderabad). We enforce zero third-party training retention. For complete details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, AIVI Intelligence Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, unauthorized third-party infrastructure breaches, or loss of operational data, exceeding the total fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
