AIVI Intelligence Pvt Ltd ("AIVI", "we", "our", "us") is a company incorporated under the laws of India, headquartered in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, and recognized by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT Reg: DIPP162791). We operate as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act 2023").
2. Processing Across Vertical Products
- Hack My Website: Only authorized domain verification data (DNS TXT / HTML Meta) and technical security logs are processed. No proprietary source code is stored beyond the scanning execution lifecycle.
- AIVI Campus & Career OS: Student resume data and Sarvam AI voice recordings are processed in real-time. Speech audio is processed in-memory with zero persistent disk storage.
- AIVI CareOS: Clinical records and Ayushman Bharat ABHA numbers are encrypted using AES-256 and FHIR-compliant schemas in sovereign Indian cloud regions.
- NYAYA-DRAFT & NoticeKavach: Scanned legal petitions and tax notices are processed with regional OCR for advocate review. Data is never shared with third-party LLM providers.
3. Cloud Infrastructure & Data Residency
In strict accordance with Indian data sovereignty principles, all server infrastructure, databases, and backup systems are deployed exclusively within the Republic of India (Google Cloud Platform Mumbai / Amazon Web Services Hyderabad).
